Refund & Sakes Wallet
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the mandatory quality check, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refund Methods:
Prepaid Orders: You may choose a refund to your original payment method or as Sakes Wallet Credit.
COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively via Sakes Wallet Credit. If a bank transfer is requested, a processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Reverse Logistics Fee: A standard fee of ₹100 is applicable for all return pickups. However, this fee is waived if you opt for a refund via Sakes Wallet Credit.
Timeline: Wallet credits are issued within 24 hours of QC approval. Bank/Original method refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
