Shipping Charges:
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹100 is charged on all COD orders to cover additional logistics costs.
Delivery Estimates:
Metros: 2–4 business days post-dispatch.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days post-dispatch.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp.
Tamper Policy: If the package arrives damaged or the security seal is broken, please refuse the delivery and contact us at support@sakes.co.in within 24 hours.
