Color & Product Variance: We strive for 100% accuracy; however, due to professional studio lighting and varying screen calibrations, a 10–15% variation in color or texture is possible and is not considered a defect.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
